Week 6, Day 3 - ME Incline Bench
Sorry I was to lazy to bother to enter these last week. So now that I am on an off week I seem to have plenty of time :) Only problem is that I forget what I did for warm ups or how easy/hard thigns where.
My workout went a little something like this:
ME Incline Bench:
1 x 20 @ 45 lbs
1 x 8 @ 135 lbs
1 x 3 @ 185 lbs
1 x 2 @ 205 lbs
1 x 1 @ 225 lbs
2 x 1 @ 275 lbs
-failed twice on the last one. I am not really all too surprised, it woudl make sense as I am generally weeker on this exercise than a regular bench and I failed a 295 floor press.
DB Extensions
3 x 7 @ 40 lbs
-form better than normal ;)
Rope Tricept PD
3 x 7 @ #7
-Did i mention how I hate that i don;t know the weight of the damn plates?
BB Row
2 x 10 @ 165 lbs
1 x 8 @ 165 lbs
-i only did 8 on the last set because i did not want to go to failure, and 10 would have taxed me.
Hanging Leg Raises
1 x 12
1 x 11
1 x 10
Ball Abs
1 x 11
1 x 10
Front Neck Bridges
1 x 14
1 x 17
1 x 18
-getting stronger :)
Back Neck Bridges
1 x 14
1 x 12
-got bored, went home.
